“It is very important to me that everyone is welcome and everyone can afford to come.”
In 2025, Kim brought a long-wanted indoor playground to Dell Rapids, growing it out of her balloon-art work into a family business with two sides: the downtown Party Place and the seasonal Willow Meadows Farm.
“For a long, long time, I've been trying to bring an indoor playground into town.”
That is the whole idea. A clean, safe, affordable place your kids are actually welcome, run by people who live here too.
